New mirror in Japan for debian-cd

Hi all,

To support free software, I've set up a mirror for debian-cd using the
provided script.
No daily/weekly builds.

I've configured jigdo-mirror to run every day.
This mirror is hosted in a homelab with a residential internet
connection, so the traffic is not metered and doesn't cost money. I
don't throttle any connections either. The server parts are mostly
second-hand.
