That doesn't appear to be debian-cd specific, as netboot/gtk/mini.iso
gives similar results in my very limited testing (side note, -sounhw all
is gone with recent QEMU versions; -audio driver=pa,model=ac97 is what I
used to reproduce, on my PulseAudio-using GNOME setup).
