A bunch of packages need a rebuild following this fix in libx11:
  https://tracker.debian.org/news/1582860/accepted-libx11-21810-2-source-into-unstable/

See uninstallable packages on arm64:

Feel free to get in touch with the release team to arrange the required
binNMUs (the first layer at the bottom is likely going to be sufficient),
keeping the libx11 maintainers in the loop.
