Bug#1102097: cdimage.debian.org: Rework "Non-free Firmware" note

Dear maintainers,

https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/release/current/amd64/iso-cd/ (and similar locations) provide several notes on available downloads. One of them currently reads:

  <h2>Non-free Firmware</h2>
  <p>This Debian image build only includes Free Software where
  possible. However, many systems include hardware which depends on
  non-free firmware to function properly so this build also includes
  those firmware files for those cases. See the Debian
  Wiki <a href="https://wiki.debian.org/Firmware">non-free
  firmware</a> page for more information.</p>

According to the wiki page this note links to, (all?) installer images include relevant non-free firmware (by default) since bookworm alpha 2. I assume the way this note is phrased was more useful when there were separate 'non-free firmware' images provided in addition to 'default' images (which did /not/ include non-free-firmware before bookworm alpha 2).

If this note was kept to point out the fact that commonly needed non-free-firmware is now included in the 'default' installer images, I suggest rephrasing this message slightly, to make it clear that it now refers to all (?) images. 

Alternatively, this message could be removed because drivers / devices malfunctioning for lack of non-free-firmware should no longer pose an issue most of the time, and pointing out that non-free-firmware is included in images does not seem to provide much of a value in and by itself.
