Trixie Netinsts are too large for CD

Hi all,

Debian 13.0.0 netinst for amd64/arm64/armhf have grown too large to fit on 
actual CD (700MB). I can not find or remember any discussion on this. I 
also do not really care; yet I would suggest placing them with the other 
DVD isos if the size increase is indeed intentional or unavoidable.

Quite surprisingly, ppc64el/riscv64/s390x netinsts are 100+MB smaller. So 
there may be something going on anyway...
