Hello all,

a long time has passed and the cdr.debian.net redirector now serves a 
Phosh repository, it is an alias for gluon.sigxcpu.org.

Let's try it again to provide a stable URL for the latest images.
Or is there a good reason not to provide a fixed URL with always the 
latest images?

Let's move the discussion away from #1114746, where I proposed something 
like:

https://cdimage.debian.org/mirror/cdimage/archive/13-live/amd64/iso-hybrid/debian-live-13-amd64-gnome.iso

Alternatively a new service on debian.net (e.g. 'image.d.n') could be 
started to provide the short and stable URLs, as documented on 
https://wiki.debian.org/DebianNetDomains
