  https://cdimage.debian.org/mirror/cdimage/archive/
but it seems that it and other archive URLs like
  https://get.debian.org/images/archive/
don't respond currently.
So i cannot tell whether 3.0_r1 is there.

But i find in my mailbox mentioning of 3.0_r0, 3.0_r3, 3.0_r6 in the
archive. So it seems worth you retry once per day.

(Debian 3 was the time when package zope-quotafolder_0.1.1-1_all.deb
was overwritten by a new version with the same name which makes
trouble with Jigdo. Crossing fingers that 3.0_r1 is not affected.
In worst case your downloaded ISO will show empty content with that
package file and its published checksums will not match.)
