   * Mark initrd-boot test as flaky. This test is unreliable, but only on
     ci.debian.net infrastructure. It works fine on my laptop, and it
     seems to work fine on Ubuntu autopkgtest infrastructure. Shrug.
   * Revert detection of IP address for initrd-boot test, does not work
   * Add network debugging stuff to initrd-boot test, hopefully that will
     help us figure out *why* things are failing.
