   * Package uucore 0.9.0 from crates.io using debcargo 2.8.4
   * Rebase the patches on top of 0.9.0; drop nix-0.30.diff and
     fix-display-and-tryfrom-for-teletype.diff, both applied upstream.
   * New patch relax-nix.diff: build against nix 0.30.
   * Bump the Breaks on librust-findutils-dev to << 0.10.0-1.
   * New patch drop-icu-i18n.diff: drop the i18n-collator, i18n-decimal and
     i18n-datetime features, which need parts of the ICU 2.x stack that are
     not in Debian yet. i18n-common and i18n-charmap are kept, they only
     need icu_locale. Revert once the ICU 2.x transition has landed.
   * New patch disable-racy-locale-tests.diff: ignore three tests whose result
     depends on who wins the race to initialise the global localization state.
   * New patch fix-feature-deps.diff: buf-copy needs fs and selinux needs libc,
     otherwise building with only one of those features fails.
   * Depend on libsystemd-dev, needed by the feat_systemd_logind feature.
