   * Enable the services-memcached feature: its only dependency, bb8, is
     now in the archive (Closes: #1102624).
   * Add remove-opfs.diff: the services-opfs feature is wasm32-only and
     requires web-sys features not provided by librust-web-sys-dev.
   * Enable the services-ghac feature, now that the ghac crate is packaged
     (Closes: #1102623).
   * Enable the services-redis feature, now that the redis crate is packaged
     (Closes: #1102625).
   * Add disable-assert-size.diff: the hardcoded struct sizes upstream
     asserts do not match a build with several optional features disabled.
   * relax-deps.diff: relax ghac to >= 0.2, < 0.4 (Debian has 0.3.0, which
     only adds derives on top of 0.2.0), relax prometheus to
     >= 0.13.4, < 0.15, relax prometheus-client to < 0.25 and pin criterion
     to 0.5, the version in Debian.
