Hello Jake et al.,

I am humbled by your excellent write-up of the TC talk at DebConf. [1]
Thank you!  I am thinking we might add a link to the article to our
recruitment mail, especially with how effectively you discuss how we try
to control the reading workload.

I wanted to request one small change.  At one point you quote me:

    "how policy ends up shaking out in packages in the real world"

Here I meant Debian Policy in particular.  So I wonder if you would
consider capitalising 'policy' and making it a hyperlink to [2]?

All the other uses of 'policy' in the article are just that, lowercase
policy in general.

As I'm also a Policy Editor, it's close to my heart.
