Dear TC members,

Our next meeting will be on Monday 3 March at 20:00 UTC. I'm afraid 
there was no slot everyone could make, but I think everyone except 
Helmut can make this time. If not, please let me know ASAP!

We've voted on #1091864 and I hope that we will be voting on #1091995 
before then, so I'd like to start with recruitment, and return to 
#1065416 if time allows.

     tumbleweed to seek explanation of waldi's concerns re 
linux-libc-dev Arch:any/all
     mjg59 to write ballot for #1091995
     helmut to call for a vote on #1091864
     Emperor to ask tumbleweed for a summary on #1065416

- Bug #1065416: linux-libc-dev claims to provide 
linux-libc-dev-ARCH-cross, but it doesn't do that completely
