In my initial email, I tried to give a neutral representation of the 
view points of the involved parties. Clearly I overshot in my attempt to 
be fair to all sides; as you both pointed out, this could be 
misconstrued as intention to overturn the previous ruling. I apologize 
for the confusion; there is no such intention.
