Bug#1065416: Scheduling a meeting/BoF at DebConf 25

I have submitted a DebConf 25 meeting where we hope to work through some 
of the remaining issues here:

That's currently not world-visible, pending review from the content team.
I will have to request review and scheduling of this, because we are 
passed the submission deadline.

I'm inviting Bastian, Matthias, and Aurelien to participate in a 
structured discussion of the pending issues here.

If all everyone agrees, we can make this a public (but non-videoed) BoF. 
If not, I would propose that we have a private meeting with only the 
above and technical-committee in attendance. And anyone else requested 
by the involved people.

I plan to moderate this discussion and I am starting to build an agenda:

Please submit things you'd like to discuss there, or to me, and I will
