With Christoph's term ending at the end of 2025, I call for votes on the 
following ballot to fill the vacancy that will arise then. The voting 
period starts immediately and lasts for up to one week, or until the 
outcome is no longer in doubt.

appointed by the Debian Project Leader to the Technical Committee on 1st 
January 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
