Bug#622691: debbugs: Display affects information

Hi,

I would like to see the current value of affects somewhere on in
the bug summary, like you show "Blocking fix for".

I've forcemerged 2 bugs which had different values of affects,
both pointing to a different package, but it ended up pointing to
only one of them as far as I can see, and there is no easy way
to check it.
