I've still seen encoding issues, in bugs reported as recently as Nov
2nd (or later). The problem shows up when the «From:» gets copied to
the «Reply-To:» on the BTS side, the latter gets double encoded, as
can be seen from the maintainer mail box from bug #692100:

  <http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?mboxmaint=yes;mbox=yes;bug=692100>

The «To:» in my replies there are fine, because I corrected them
manually. Another recent bug report could be #693922.

I'm assuming this is the same issue, if not, I can open up a new bug
report, if you wish.

A related problem that I don't think can be easily fixed is that
whenever someone has replied with one of the bogus «Reply-To:» fields
the received mail will be stored misencoded on the BTS. I remember
having seen some of those, would have to dig them up though.

Thanks,
Guillem
