Bug#879717: Wallpapers should have a better quality

I would like to confirm this. I run KDE and wallpaper, login screen, 
lock screen are very bad looking and it looks very unprofessional.

All the Debian svg images have got ripples.

/usr/share/desktop-base/futureprototype-theme/wallpaper/contents/images/

When you use XFCE and its wallpapers there is no such issue.

Would be nice if someone fixes this, that Debian looks more professional.
