[Artwork] question for next release of Debian

Hello dear Debian community,

For next release, it would be a good idea to add in the artwork requirements that we must use free software available in Debian repositories to do the job.

I think it is a good thing to promote free software and capabilities of free software.

It is complicated to motivate "new people" (in the free software adventure) to use free software if by our side we do not use it to do something...
