It doesn't seem like anyone ever stepped up for that, and with soft 
freeze fast approaching, we have to make some decisions.

Looking at the 3 proposals that was posted to the wiki[1] (even though 
we didn't do a formal call for proposals, so thanks to those who put in 
some effort there), the Emerald theme by Juliette Taka seems to be the 
most well rounded and ready for implementation.

I think we should go ahead and use that for the Debian 12 artwork, any 
thoughts? If there's no objections I'll go right ahead and start with 
some packaging like for rootskel-gtk (for the d-i theme) as soon as I 
have some time.
