I can see that you are bothered by obsidian-icon-theme being out of
date in Debian. However, it is not automatically an RC bug just
because you want a newer version to be packaged. Please see
https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer#severities for definitions of
severity.

I am closing this bug instead of simply downgrading the severity
because this is a duplicate of https://bugs.debian.org/1058464
