All these files are coming from the desktop-base package.

The plymouth initramfs hook scripts copies all the files that are inside 
"/usr/share/plymouth/themes/<theme_name>", if you believe that these 
files shouldn't be installed in the initramfs, I guess best is to ask 
the maintainer of that package to move the files to some other location.
