RFS: aspell-tl - Tagalog (Filipino) dictionary for GNU Aspell

Hi,

Good Day! I would like to request for someone to sponsor my package for aspell-tl.
apsell-tl contains the tagalog dictionary to spell check tagalog texts. Currently it
contains more than 14,000 words (and increasing.

The main purpose of this RFS is so that Debian-using Filipinos can spell-check
tagalog texts using this dictionary (and of course, the grand plan of Debian
for everyone ;).
