Aspell dictionaries dependency on libaspell15 >= 0.60

Hi,

Should the dictionaries that provide aspell6-dictionary depend on 
libaspell15 (>= 0.60)? 

I rebuilt aspell-tl for Aspell 0.60 and installed it on a box which has aspell
packages < 0.60. It installed fine, but when I try to upgrade the aspell
packages to 0.60, apt wants to remove aspell-tl. I don't think that right, it
shouldn't installed it in the first place. So I want to ask if aspell6
dictionaries should depend on libaspell15 (>= 0.60) to avoid this situation in
the future?
