Fine, I have given it a quick test with my aspell-gl-minimos+autobuildhash
and seems to work well. Adding aspell-dictionary to the aspell recommends
line seems the only thing left.

dictionaries-common_0.49.1 with aspell autobuildhash support is already in
Debian. So seems that is time to fine tune everything in the real world.
