we removed references to deborphan in the release notes; however, we 
should mention that it was removed and also list alternatives. I lack 
the free time to document alternatives, which is why I haven't done this 
yet. However, a LOT of people (myself included) used the deborphan for 
decades after every major Debian upgrade, so it's going to come up when 
trixie is released.
