Hi,

When trying to extract a dsc, I came up with a sopv-gpgv error today.

Steps to reproduce:

# podman pull debian:unstable-slim
# podman run -it --rm debian:unstable-slim
# echo 'deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian unstable main' >> /etc/apt/sources.list
# apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
# apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends devscripts dpkg-dev
# cd /tmp
# apt source --download-only --only-source btop/unstable
# dpkg-source --skip-patches --extract btop_1.3.2-0.1.dsc btop
