I've pending an upload for a bit, but it's been currently blocked by a
tedious ongoing rework of error strings and --help output messages,
which invalidate many translations, so I'd rather not make translators
start on strings that would then immediately change again.

I'll try to push through and upload very soon. Otherwise I'd mail all
current translators to let them know to hold off and upload as-is,
because this is holding off other important changes that are in git
or to be pushed.
