Bug#1141503: elpa-org-present: Remove elpa-org dependency

Dear Maintainer,

Because Org is already included in Emacs (since quite some time), can
elpa-org be removed as a dependency or become only suggested? This would
allow users to just use the built-in version of Org instead, without
installing the additional package.
