multistrap wrapper for building basic preconfigured rootfs

I like to announce the version 0.2 of my multistrap wrapper initally

The purpose of this mini project is to create Debian RootFileSystems 
(similar to Rootstock for ubuntu) with a basic preconfiguration. This is 
very much the same than debian-live. Unfortunatly, debian live is 
(currently) not able to build armel rootfs on an amd64 host (multistrap 
is listed on rfc page for debian live: http://live.debian.net/devel/rfc/).

This Makefile-set fills this gap. The middle term goal should be the 
usage of debian-live once it is able to cross "build".
