No. Dependencies didn't move ahead. If they moved ahead we would be
able to see their following versions in repo. But gcc depends on
library version 4.6.0-8  and only 4.6.0-7 is present. I think that
a maintainer forgot to upload one of a few packages.

The problem is autosolved by using traditional debian-way (building
packages using buildd).

PS: I see I annoyed some people and I won't distract them anymore.
