can't install utils-linux

Hello, I can't install utils-linux on my arm machine.

I have try with emdebian stable, testing, unstable, the error that 
apt-get return is:

dpkg: error processing util-linux (--configure):

  util-linux
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

After this error, i can't install more packages.

My sources.list is:
deb http://http.us.debian.org/debian stable main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp.uk.debian.org/emdebian/grip squeeze main dev doc debug java
