Just search Debian via packages.debian.org

http://packages.qa.debian.org/j/jetty.html

The Debian ARM (Strong ARM) port was discontinued a few years ago. The
current port is armel (ARMv5) EABI and the newer port is armhf (ARMv7)
hardware floating point.

jetty is not part of Emdebian.

Any other questions are more than covered on the relevant websites.
