Help in creation of device nodes and other necessary files.

Hi,

   I have created a basic rootfs using multistrap for my mini2440 board but
its not complete. Is there a tutorial or sample on how to create device
nodes using device-table.pl. Also are there any tutorials for creating the
basic files such as initttab etc?
