broken dependency for the gcc armel tool chain (emdebian testing)

With no other packages installed or held back:

$ sudo apt-get install gcc-4.6-arm-linux-gnueabi
 gcc-4.6-arm-linux-gnueabi : Depends: libgcc1-armel-cross (>= 1:4.6.3-15) but it is not going to be installed
                             Depends: libgomp1-armel-cross (>= 4.6.3-15) but it is not going to be installed

$ sudo apt-get install gcc-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi
 gcc-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi : Depends: libgcc1-armel-cross (>= 1:4.7.2-5) but it is not going to be installed
                             Depends: libgomp1-armel-cross (>= 4.7.2-5) but it is not going to be installed

$ sudo apt-get install libgomp1-armel-cross
 libgomp1-armel-cross : Depends: libc6-armel-cross (>= 2.6) but it is not going to be installed
                        Depends: libgcc1-armel-cross (>= 1:4.4.0) but it is not going to be installed

$ sudo apt-get install libgcc1-armel-cross
 libgcc1-armel-cross : Depends: gcc-4.7-arm-linux-gnueabi-base (= 4.7.2-4) but it is not going to be installed
