I have gcc-4.1-arm-linux-gnu 4.1.1 with glibc 2.3.5 at
http://www.ilbers.de/debian-ibr/pool/main/g/gcc-4.1/ , but it's OABI and
probably won't help you since you state you need EABI.

If I were you, I'd first try to bootstrap the toolchain on the old host
without packaging.

If it's ELDK, don't they archive the host toolchain?
