Debian on reMarkable paper tablet?

Hi,

I'm considering purchase of a reMarkable paper tablet¹.
It seems, that Parabola Linux can run on the device².
However, Parabola is based on Arch and I prefer Debian.
Has someone tried Debian on the reMarkable?
