Il faut que tu rafraichisse les patch alors.
Perso je le fais a la main car souvent automatiquement cela ne marche pas.
Du coup ben je refais des nouveaux patchs et je mets à jour
debian/patches/series.

Tu peux les tester hors packaging.

Si tu utilises quilt.
 export QUILT_PATCHES=debian/patches
 quilt new patch (nouveau patch)
 quilt edit file (et tu fais tes changements)
 quilt edit filé2 etc...
 quilt refresh pour mettre à jour ton fichier patch

 quilt pop -a et quilt push -a (pour appliquer et retirer tes patchs)
