Hi,

Could an admin on the Games team make my Salsa account 'otto' the
Owner of https://salsa.debian.org/games-team/libbncsutil ?

I created this today but quickly discovered I can't enable CI nor add
collaborators as by default I am not the repository's default Owner
even though I created it.
