Please sponsor my allegro (4.4 and 5) packages

Hi!

I am temporarily without a gpg key, so currently I cannot upload
packages. (I am in the progress to getting the required signatures for
a new key).

But, I have updated the two allegro library (both 4.4 and 5) packages,
and would like to have these sponsored. I have the packages in salsa
fully updated, (Just the git tag left, but I'll wait with that after
accepted in unstable) - but I could provide uploads to mentors if
required.

Please take a look (They don't contain a lot of changes, for both
similar changes, updating the watch file, fixing the clean targets to
fix building after successful build, and fixes lintian warnings about
build-depends-on-obsolete package).
