minetest to luanti transition

Hi!

After a recent system upgrade from bookworm to trixie, I noticed that
the minetest package had transitioned to the new luanti name (nice!
the old name always seemed a bit temporary and odd :D).

But then I also noticed that the old minetest transitional package
cannot be removed because it's still depended by a bunch of packages,
including several metapackages and all minetest-mod-* packages.

I'm assuming the latter would require not only dependency updates, but
also packaging changes, including pathname relocations and source and
binary package name changes?

I've not filed bugs for any of those as it's not clear to me what's the
plan here. And I think it'd be better for the maintainers to take care
of these as they see fit.
