New GL-117 fork

Hello Debian folk,

A few months ago I created a Git repository from the original GL-117 CVS history and fixed a number of issues.  The last release from the original author in 2005 was v1.3.2 so I did a v1.4 release with my changes.

Work on v2 to update the OpenGL code has started, but there's no timetable for it's completion.  

Debian packages are available on the release page, but you are still welcome to package it and treat my fork as a maintained upstream source.
