Returning to maintenance, uqm-russian fix and Salsa access

Hello everyone,

Due to serious health issues I wasn=E2=80=99t able to work on Debian for
some time, and a number of bugs built up on my packages,
including critical ones.

First of all I=E2=80=99d like to thank everyone who looked after my
packages. I really couldn=E2=80=99t do it myself.

I=E2=80=99m in a better place now and I=E2=80=99m working through the backl=
og.
Among other things I=E2=80=99ve rebuilt the Russian-language plugin for
The Ur-Quan Masters. The current version (uploaded to unstable)
fixes critical bug #1096163 =E2=80=94 everything should be working now
and you can enjoy the game (it took me almost a week to sort out
all the file formats).

I=E2=80=99d also like to push the accumulated changes to Git on
Salsa [1]. However, my account was probably removed from the
Debian Games Team member list while I was ill, and I don=E2=80=99t have
enough permissions at the moment. I=E2=80=99ve requested access on Salsa;
as soon as it=E2=80=99s restored I=E2=80=99ll push there as well.

Thanks again to everyone who maintained my packages when I
couldn=E2=80=99t. I hope I=E2=80=99ll have enough time from now on so I=E2=
=80=99m not a
burden, and can help others instead.
