A dependency on gcc-multilib does not work for cross compilation. This
can be worked around via gcc-multilib-TRIPLET. Unfortunately, those
packages are not presently Multi-Arch: same. They really should be as
their target architecture is encoded into the package name. I'm
attaching a patch for your convenience.
