Description : Connect Perl with LLMs using MCP (Model Context Protocol)

The Model Context Protocol (MCP - https://modelcontextprotocol.io/)
is a standard that allows Large Language Models (LLMs) to interact
 with web services.

This is a dependency for recent versions of openqa, which currently uses it to
allow experimental read-only access (disabled-by-default) to data about the
state of jobs, that can be used by an LLM to inform its responses.

They (openqa upstream) expect that write access might also be optionally
available in future, so that one might for example have an LLM review failed
jobs, select which ones are worth automatically retrying, and be allowed to
cause the retry to be queued.

The package will be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian Perl Group.
