This is a web server for projects that look for a resource-efficient
complete web stack.

Several Debian packages already have this built-in, e.g. swupdate, which
I maintain. As there is no security tracking available, I want to
include it from its own package. I am going to package it as source
archive because that is what users of mongoose tend to include in their
build systems instead of a built binary.
