Hi,

Now that buildstream 2.7.0 has been accepted into unstable, I am proposing to
package buildstream-plugins also.

The buildstream package comprises only a small number of "core" plugins, and so
the plugins in this repository are needed to integrate projects of meaningful
complexity, e.g. freedesktop-sdk.

buildstream-plugins would allow buildstream to be used with:
* Sources: bzr, cargo, docker, git, patch, pip
* Mirrors: gitlab_lfs_mirror, simple_mirror
* Elements built with: autotools, cmake, make, meson, pip, setuptools
