Description : Simple dense bitmap index in Go with binary operators

Package bitmap provides a simple dense bitmap index in Go with binary
operators (AND, OR, XOR, AND NOT). It uses SIMD acceleration on
supported architectures (AVX2, AVX-512, NEON) for high-performance
bitwise operations.

This package is a build dependency of siso (RFP #1051557), the
Chromium build tool.

Packaging this library allows the siso package to use it as a Build-Depends instead of vendoring it.
