Description     : Fast float to string conversion for ECMAScript

dragonbox_ecma is a Rust implementation of the Dragonbox algorithm for
converting IEEE 754 floating point numbers to decimal strings, conforming
to the ECMAScript specification (Number.prototype.toString).
It is needed as a dependency of rust-swc-core and is currently vendored in node-rollup v4. Packaging it separately allows de-vendoring.

This package will be maintained within the Debian Rust Team.
