Description : dependency-based service manager for S6 systems

s6-rc is a service manager, consisting of a suite of programs that can
start and stop services, both long-running daemons and one-time
initialization scripts, in the proper order according to a dependency
tree. It ensures that long-running daemons are supervised by the `s6`
infrastructure, and that one-time scripts are also run in a reproducible
manner.
It provides commands to help organize service definitions installed by a
package manager, and is meant to be a backend to the `s6-frontend` package.

Shengjing Zhu has, thankfully, offered to be available as a sponsor for
this package.
Package development will happen on https://salsa.debian.org/sauermann/s6-rc
